When you make an appointment at Lana Tarek Eyebrow Specialists, that time is reserved exclusively for you.

If you need to reschedule your appointment:

*We require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Should you cancel or reschedule within this time frame, you forefit your deposit. We will send a courtesy reminder via SMS to your mobile prior to your appointment. Please bear in mind that if you do not receive your reminder, your appointment remains your responsibility to attend or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. If you do not confirm your appointment, your appointment is subject to cancellation.

*If you cancel your appointment within 48hrs of your appointment or fail to show up to your appointment without notice, you will forfeit your deposit.

*Deposits are non-refundable or transferable to any other services.

*Prices, products and availability are subject to change without notice.

*Please note all free touch ups for cosmetic tattooing are valid for 3 months after intial treatment and can only be rescheduled once. If for any reason the appointment is rescheduled more than once or booked out of the 3 month period, the buisness will no longer honour the free touch up.

* No Shows that occour more than twice consecutively will result in a booking ban. Our team will be unable to book he/she future appointments at Lana Tarek Eyebrow Specialists. Please note 25% of the service total will also be forfeighted if he/she no shows to the appointment.

*All bookings during Peak Season (December) require a 50% deposit.

*All Microblading/Microshading appointments are subject to approval. You must attend a consultation prior to your treatment.
